A core element of Future Union’s mission has been to ensure that private sector insights and best practices are instilled in our public sector.

To that end, since inception Future Union has been focused on cultivating the talent and cross-connectivity of the best and brightest private sector leaders to assist America and our allies in combating the threat of  adversarial nation-states in the global competition for technology supremacy. These regimes have a structural advantage in ignoring the rule of law and not being forced to distinguish private rights and state interests. Thus, our enemies have the benefit of centralized decision making, a strength that puts America and our allies public sectors at an innovation disadvantage. One of our attempts to counter this asymmetry is harnessing the skills and motivations of distinguished leaders in our Fellows program.
